Celle-ci avait \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 1950 par le Ma\u00eetre Boucher Louis Schneider. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, Michel et Marinette ont transform\u00e9 l\u2019abattoir et effectu\u00e9 de nombreuses r\u00e9novations dans la boucherie ainsi que dans le b\u00e2timent. En 2017, ils ont modernis\u00e9 le magasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-neve-text-color-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Le couple a eu trois enfants : M\u00e9lanie, Alexandre et Jessica. En 2018, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite de Michel, Alexandre a repris la boucherie familiale.
